Salsa Dance Team Auditions December 2013

Were you inspired by any of the shows at the SF Salsa Congress? Have you ever wished you could perform on stage? Well if you want to join a salsa team, now’s your chance because many of the dance teams in the Bay Area are holding auditions this month!
Here are the dates for the upcoming auditions:
Sunday, December 8th 2013
Montuno Dance Company
Location: San Jose
If you’re in the South Bay and want to join one of the top On1 salsa teams in the Bay Area, Montuno Dance Company is having auditions this Sunday at KB Fitness Studio in San Jose. The auditions run from 11am – 3pm, and will be for Montuno’s Student, Amateur, Semi-Pro and Men’s team. No matter what your level, Montuno has a team for you.
Afinkao Dance Company
Location: Oakland
Afinkao is one of the top dance companies in the East Bay, and they are looking for experienced On1 and On2 dancers to join their team in the upcoming season. Afinkao is known for their innovative choreography and incorporation of Afro-Cuban movements into their dancing. If that sounds like your cup of tea, their auditions are this Sunday from 12pm – 3pm. There are only 10 spots available, so contact the director at 408.605.4016 to secure a spot for the audition.

MamboNova Dance Company
Location: San Jose
MamboNova is one of the top On2 dance companies in the South Bay, co-directed by Hector Reyes and World Salsa Champion Michelle Castro. If you are in the South Bay and want to learn how to dance On2, this is a great team to join.
